About Wittle

Our Mission

Meet Rachel

Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a  health coach, founder of Wittle, proud mom, and a former sugar lover who transformed her life through wellness. I created Wittle not from theory, but from personal experience. As a cancer survivor and someone who has healed from liver disease, I understand what it means to fight for your health and to feel out of control in your own body.

For years, I turned to sugar, chips, and emotional eating to cope with stress, sadness, boredom, and even celebration. I told myself it was cultural. Growing up Hispanic, it felt normal to see family members struggle with weight and diabetes. But deep down, I knew it was more than genetics. I was stuck in a cycle of habits and emotional triggers that food companies designed to keep me hooked.

Wittle was born from the desire to help people break free from that cycle. Today, I coach real people who want real results. I specialize in creating sustainable health habits that improve energy, balance hormones, support digestion, and restore confidence. My approach is rooted in compassion and built around small, achievable changes that add up over time.

At Wittle, I believe that true health is not about restrictive diets or punishing workouts. It is about learning to listen to your body, honoring your needs, and building a lifestyle that supports your goals. Whether you are trying to overcome emotional eating, reduce sugar cravings, or simply feel better in your skin, I offer personalized coaching that fits your unique story.

If you are looking for a  health coach who has walked the path herself and is committed to helping you feel strong, energized, and empowered, you are in the right place. Let’s work together to create the healthy, vibrant life you deserve.

Let’s get started, one Wittle win at a time.

"if you think wellness is expensive...Then try  Illness."
